Deep Stretch

All levels gentle practice serenely moving the body through full range of motion. Creating space in the hips, low back, shoulders, and space in the mind for calm and stillness.

Open Heart Open Mind

A lighthearted yoga flow which includes eagle pose warrior 3 with some fun choreography. This 30 minute class will leave you feeling open, alive, awake, and aware.

ENERGY FLOW

A strong 30 minute vinyasa including warrior 2, warrior 3, forearm plank and triangle pose. You will leave feeling inspired, strong and calm.

Morning Ritual

A grounding slow flow 60 minute class including breath work, sun salutations, pyramid pose, sphinx pose, concluding with full body relaxation. A great way to start the morning.

RELAX & RELEASE

This 30 minute gentle practice includes spinal twists, extension, breath work and easy stretches. All levels will enjoy a 10 minute guided gratitude meditation, releasing negative thought patterns and feel relaxed and content.

ATTENTION & INTENTION

An invigorating uplifting all levels 60 minute challenging flow. Practice Triangle pose, twisting lunge, half moon pose and forward folds, building awareness and equanimity. We practice mindfully with attention and intention.

MAN FLOW

A strong flow geared toward men including balance poses, seated chair and high crescent lunge. No Sanskrit, no splits!

MOVE TO WHOLENESS

This 30 minute class will strengthen and revitalize the body and mind. it includes lizard lunge, wide legged forward fold and tree pose. A 15 minute guided meditation will leave you feeling grounded and whole.

YIN YANG

This 60 minute class works through full range of motion to increase mobility. Holding poses such as seagull and sphynx pose we get deep into fascia, ligament and bone. Coupled with Yang active movements improves blood circulation enhancing physical and emotional health.

Core and Restore

Challenge yourself with this 60 minute strong flow focusing on your center or core strength. Forearm plank, lance poses and grounding breath work will activate the entire body and spirit.

Recharge, Reset and Relax

Connect with yourself with full body movement to increase mobility followed by a powerful Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. This relaxing meditation plants a seed in the fertile soil of your mind to bring about transformation.

Breath and Stretch

Connect with your breath while gently stretching and making space in the body. This 30 minute class includes neck and shoulder stretches alternate nostril breathing and skull shinning breath leaving you feeling calm content and aware.

Fresh Air Flow

Empowering strong flow activating the whole body. This 45 minute class includes water wheel, twisting lunge, figure four and an arm balance or two. Leave feeling awake and energized.

Awaken the Flow

Awaken mind and body with this 50 minute strong flow. This class includes sun salutation variations, breath work, extension and a standing balance series. You will leave feeling awake alive inspired balanced and serene.

SHERRIE GIUSTO

RYT 500

A long-time resident of Miami, yoga and guided meditation instructor Sherrie Giusto has been teaching people to release, reconnect, and recharge through movement for more than 30 years. Once her Dharma led her to the practice of yoga, she earned her RYT 500 yoga instructor certification through the Yoga Alliance and opened her own studio. She also offers small-group yoga retreats in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Sherrie guides yogis of all poses through their own journeys toward more peaceful, centered lives.

Sherrie’s muse and class assistant Luna helps out with online classes, where she shows off her perfect adomuka svanasana, or down dog. Her husband Rick is Sherrie’s favorite student and frequent class participant. With Luna and Rick by her side, some meditation, and the occasional glass of wine, enlightenment is within Sherrie’s grasping and relaxation.
